DJL Outaouais, established in Gatineau, Quebec, since the early 90s, offers all-inclusive services in civil engineering and roadway infrastructures in various fields, such as earthworks, sewer lines & waterworks, roads and highways and this, at the commercial, industrial, municipal and governmental levels. In addition, this regional office operates asphalt plants, quarries and sand and gravel pits in accordance with company standards as regards quality and meeting deadlines.
